Over the years, the jobs have become much larger and more involved. Even though more sub trades are involved, we still have maintained that small business commitment to every job. We are involved start to finish. Aside from specialty trades, all work is kept in-house, and we do not sub contract any work. Our key people are employees, not subcontractors, and we have stayed a small family run business.
 
We will treat your home as our own. Should hidden issues arise during your renovation, we will not cover them up. We will address the situation and discuss with you the various options and any impact these may have on timelines and your budget. We carry $2 million in liability insurance, are registered with WSIB, and hold a valid Metro License as a Building Renovator. Owner Carl Ommert is a certified 403A Red Seal Carpenter and is qualified in Part 9 of the Ontario Building Code. 

We work with the same plumbing, electrical and gas contractors regularly. This ensures that they always know what we expect for our customers. We are able to incorporate electrical panel upgrades, EV charger installation, new water service installation and drain repair and camera inspection. This ensures that we can future proof your renovation as best as possible for upcoming changes and new technologies.
