The most impressive parts of the renovation were that your team stayed on time with the projected completion date, yourself and your team communicated well about the plans for the day or the week, and I loved that you even made a few design suggestions, especially when I was struggling with a backsplash choice. Your attention to details is 11 out of 10 and I felt like a very valued customer, even though I have a basic house and a small kitchen.
I still remember tearing up when I came into the kitchen the last day and it was done and painted, I was completely wowed by the transformation. I had a friend come to see the kitchen, her response was also "WOW" followed by "this should be in a magazine". The transformation, again, was amazing.
